General information

Requirements for S2 & S3 Program Applicants

  1. Especially for foreign graduate applicants, they must submit a certificate equivalent document from DIKTI.
  2. Have a score of Academic Potential Test (TPA): 500 which is still valid, namely a maximum of 2 years after the date of issuance of the certificate.
  3. Have a valid English proficiency test score, which is a maximum of 2 years after the date of issuance of the certificate, as evidenced by a certificate:
    • Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 500 from UP, or
    • International English Testing Systems (IELTS) equivalent from an institution recognized by IDP, or
    • Internet-Based (IBT) equivalent TOEFL from an institution recognized by the IIEF, or
    • the equivalent of the TOEFL Institutional Testing Program (ITP) from an institution recognized by the IIEF
  4. Applicants who meet the requirements above can apply to become participants in the master program in the same field of study as their undergraduate field of study or other fields of study approved by the Study Program Manager.

Registration Procedure

  1. Fill out the Registration Form
  2. Save or note the Billing Code that appears.
  3. Pay the registration fee through system-student payment center BNI, with the provisions in the table below:
  4. Login to the site pmb.univpancasila.ac.id use your email to fill out the registration form for free on line.
  5. Participants are required to download/print the registration form and bring it with them during the entrance exam.

Payment Instructions

  1. You do not need to use the destination account number. Just tell the Virtual Account No to the teller.

  2. Waiting for payment verification by the finance department H+1 (working hours) after making payment
  3. New You Can Login to see Registration Status including Print Test Cards and Print Test Passing Evidence.

Test Material

Re-registration Requirements

Re-registration requirements for those accepted by the Postgraduate Program are,

Submit the following files to the Secretariat of each Study Program:

  1. 2 copies of KTP.
  2. 2 copies of diplomas and bachelor's degree academic transcripts for the master's program and bachelor's and master's academic transcripts for the doctoral program (original legalized).
  3. Color photo:
    • 2 x 3 as many as 4 sheets
    • 3 x 4 as many as 4 sheets
    • 4 x 6 as many as 4 sheets
  4. For Foreign Students (WNA):
    • Study Permit from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia
    • Equalization Decree from the Directorate of Higher Education (DIKTI)
    • Diplomas and academic transcripts that have been equivalent from DIKTI
    • Photocopy of Passport/Student Study Visa
  5. Certificate of good health and drug-free from a doctor
