IPSAS., CMA., CSRS., CSRA and Dr. Ir. Ahmad Ramdani Salim, MM. Also present to open this event was the Director of the Postgraduate School, Prof. Amin Soebandrio, dr, Ph.D., SpMk, (K), Indonesian Embassy Representative in Beijing Mr. Yudil Chatim, SKM, M.Ed, Indonesian Consulate General Representative in Hong Kong Mrs. Yogi Rohim Aryani and Director, Bintang Nusantara-Hongkong Mr. Ir.
